Founded by a team of seasoned professionals, Sophia Luna and Sylvia Correa joined forces to develop a hiring and job search tool they believe is needed in today’s job market..

Sophia who owns a boutique recruiting agency and Sylvia is a Fortune 500 in-house talent acquisition veteran. As a result of these experiences, they gained an understanding of specific industry gaps.

Secondly, due to the volume of open positions, diversity initiatives, and hard-to-find skills,recruiting has become increasingly complex, making it difficult for hiring managers to find qualified candidates in a timely manner.

As of 2020, their focus has shifted from providing basic staffing to improving the employment market and the performance of employers and jobseekers alike. Together they have launched a cutting edge career platform that integrates all aspects of the hiring process.
