In 2020 they shifted their focus beyond providing basic staffing needs, towards enhancing the overall performance of jobseekers and employers.</p> <p>Over 20 plus years, together they have been helping companies and job seekers find that perfect fit to support their team, and new career while empowering them to reach their goals.</p> <p>This experience gave them both insight into a specific gap in the industry. They believed Jobseekers needed fair preparation and guidance for the constant evolution of the job market. Whereas, in-house Recruiting teams needed additional resources in finding top talent without being overshadowed by outside agencies.</p> <p>Both driven with passion and integrity, they desire to be defined not just by what they achieve, but by how they empower it’s users to achieve more.</p> <p>Women-owned, minority-owned, recruiting industry-born, FUSE was made to do more.</p>
